PeptideAndWellness is an independent education resource. We summarize publicly available research on peptides used in research contexts, and build free tools to help readers reason about dosing, half-life, and reconstitution.

Our mission

Most peptide content online is either marketing copy from sellers or unstructured forum chatter. We aim to be neither: a clear, sourced, slow-moving reference that respects the limits of what we actually know.

No vendor affiliation

We do not sell peptides and have no affiliate relationships with peptide vendors. We do not accept payment for inclusion in our library.
