How it works
The DAC modification allows CJC-1295 to bind serum albumin, dramatically slowing clearance. The result is a steady "GH bleed" lasting days rather than the natural pulsatile pattern.
Protocol notes
Typical research dosing is 1–2 mg once weekly subcutaneously. Sometimes combined with Ipamorelin to add pulsatility. Cycles of 8–16 weeks. The sustained GH elevation is debated vs. the natural pulses produced by No-DAC formulations.
Reported side effects
Water retention, tingling/numbness, joint discomfort, fatigue, and injection-site reactions.
