How it works

CJC-1295 No DAC binds the GHRH receptor in the pituitary, triggering acute GH release. Without the DAC modification, its half-life is ~30 minutes, producing a sharp pulse rather than sustained elevation. Frequently paired with a GHRP (ipamorelin, GHRP-2) for synergistic release.

Protocol notes

Typical research protocols use 100–200 mcg subcutaneously 1–3 times daily, usually pre-bed and post-workout. Cycles of 8–16 weeks. Almost always stacked with a GHRP — most commonly Ipamorelin.

Reported side effects

Injection-site reactions, transient flushing, light-headedness, water retention, and mild numbness in extremities.

Additional research notes

GHRH analog. Usually dosed 100–200mcg per injection.
