How it works

Epitalon is theorized to activate telomerase, the enzyme that lengthens telomeres. It also influences pineal-gland function, supporting melatonin rhythms and circadian regulation in aging research.

Protocol notes

Typical Khavinson-style protocols: 5–10 mg daily for 10–20 days, repeated 2–3 times per year. Subcutaneous or intramuscular.

Reported side effects

Reported as well-tolerated. Limited Western clinical data.
