How it works
FOXO4-DRI binds FOXO4 and disrupts its interaction with p53 in senescent cells, allowing p53 to relocate to mitochondria and trigger apoptosis specifically in senescent cells while sparing healthy ones.

No established human protocols. Animal studies used short pulse-dosing courses. Most evidence is preclinical.
Reported side effects
Limited human safety data. Possible flu-like symptoms during senescent-cell clearance.
