How it works

GHRP-2 binds the ghrelin receptor on the pituitary, triggering GH release. It also moderately stimulates appetite and elevates cortisol/prolactin compared with ipamorelin.

Protocol notes

Research dosing is 100–300 mcg subcutaneously 1–3 times daily. Cycles of 8–12 weeks. Often paired with a GHRH analog for synergistic effect.

Reported side effects

Hunger spikes, mild cortisol/prolactin elevation, water retention, injection-site reactions.
