How it works

GHRP-6 binds the ghrelin receptor, producing GH release and a strong hunger response. It modestly raises cortisol and prolactin and is more commonly used now in bulking-context research than for clean GH.

Protocol notes

Research dosing is 100–200 mcg subcutaneously 1–3 times daily. Cycles of 8–12 weeks. Often paired with CJC-1295.

Reported side effects

Pronounced hunger, head rush, water retention, cortisol/prolactin elevation, injection-site reactions.
