How it works
Gonadorelin binds pituitary GnRH receptors, triggering LH and FSH release, which in turn stimulate gonadal function. Pulsatile dosing mimics natural release.
Protocol notes
Frequent low-dose pulsatile administration (100–500 mcg multiple times daily) is most natural. Often used in TRT contexts to maintain testicular function.
Reported side effects
Injection-site reactions, headache, nausea, hot flashes, rare anaphylaxis.
