HGH 191AA

PerformanceSingle
Also known as: Recombinant Human Growth Hormone, Somatropin

Recombinant human growth hormone — the actual GH protein produced by E. coli or mammalian cell expression, used clinically for GH deficiency.

Half-life

Common dose
1 – 4 IU
Dosing frequency

Administration
Subcutaneous

How it works

Exogenous HGH binds the GH receptor in liver and peripheral tissues, increasing IGF-1 production, lipolysis, and protein synthesis. Unlike GHRH/GHRP analogs, it bypasses pituitary regulation.

Protocol notes

Clinical dosing is 1–4 IU daily subcutaneously, typically before bed. Long cycles of 6+ months are common. Suppresses endogenous GH production and requires careful blood-sugar monitoring.

Reported side effects

Water retention, joint pain, carpal tunnel symptoms, insulin resistance, edema, and potential acromegaly with long-term high-dose use.
