How it works
The PEG group protects MGF from rapid enzymatic breakdown, extending half-life from minutes to roughly 48–72 hours. Mechanism of action is otherwise identical to MGF — satellite-cell activation.
Protocol notes
Research dosing is 200–500 mcg twice weekly subcutaneously. Cycles of 4–6 weeks.
Reported side effects
As with MGF; lower frequency of dosing reduces injection burden.
