How it works

Retatrutide combines GLP-1's satiety and insulin effects, GIP's adipose action, and glucagon's lipolysis and energy-expenditure boost. The triple-agonist approach drives both reduced intake and increased burn.

Protocol notes

Trial titration: 2 mg weekly with 2–4 mg increments every 4 weeks up to 12 mg weekly. Conservative titration is critical for GI tolerance.

Reported side effects

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, increased heart rate, transient blood-pressure effects, fatigue.
