How it works
Selank modulates GABAergic and serotonergic systems and influences BDNF expression in brain regions tied to memory and anxiety. Unlike benzodiazepines, it does not produce sedation, tolerance, or withdrawal in animal models.
Protocol notes
Most commonly dosed intranasally at 250–500 mcg daily, divided into 2–3 doses. Cycles of 2–4 weeks with a 1–2 week break. Subcutaneous routes are also reported but uncommon.
Reported side effects
Very well-tolerated. Possible mild nasal irritation, fatigue, or vivid dreams.
