How it works

Sermorelin is the 1–29 amino-acid fragment of natural GHRH. It stimulates pituitary somatotrophs to release endogenous GH, preserving feedback regulation unlike exogenous HGH.

Protocol notes

Clinical protocols dose 100–300 mcg subcutaneously before bed nightly. Cycles of 3–6 months are common in anti-aging clinical contexts. Often combined with GHRPs.

Reported side effects

Injection-site reactions, flushing, transient headache, and rare allergic reactions.
