How it works
Thymosin Alpha-1 enhances T-cell maturation and function, supports dendritic-cell activity, and modulates innate and adaptive immunity. It is FDA-recognized as an orphan drug for several indications.
Protocol notes
Clinical protocols use 1.6 mg subcutaneously twice weekly. Research protocols vary 800 mcg–1.6 mg twice weekly. Cycles of 3–6 months are common.
Reported side effects
Injection-site reactions, transient fatigue, rare immune flare-ups.
